As a third generation Hospice (Gen3) our board of trustees and leadership teams have a strategic leadership role to see and understand what is on and beyond our sector’s horizon; to see what others do not yet see.
They are tasked with developing Hospice, while never losing sight of collaborative leadership, direction, development and encouragement of the overall Tōtara Hospice team.
