Our Syringe driver Competency Programme is designed to equip registered nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to manage syringe drivers safely and effectively in palliative care settings

Syringe Driver Training

Held at Tōtara Hospice this two-hour workshop compliments the online Hospice New Zealand syringe driver training with a hands-on practical workshop.

Prior to the two-hour practical workshop you must complete the online Theoretical and Calculation eLearning and assessments through Hospice New Zealand’s Ko awatea module.
