Black & White Ball Raises $100,000 for Hospice Care

Black & White Ball Raises $100,000 for Hospice Care

Black‑tie sophistication met Tōtara Hospice heart at our unforgettable Inaugural Black & White Ball, held on 18 April at the Cordis, Auckland.

Guests embraced the elegance of the evening, filling the room with timeless black‑tie style – and wow, did everyone look amazing.

The night was brought to life with outstanding live entertainment, heartfelt moments throughout the programme, and inspiring words from guest speaker Michelle Langstone, as well as our own CE Tina McCafferty and Mike Powell from Davis Funerals. The evening was expertly MC’d by the wonderful Michele A’Court, who kept the atmosphere warm, engaging, and full of laughter.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the night raised an incredible $100,000, directly supporting hospice care for people and families in our community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and supported the event, particularly our principal sponsor, Davis Funerals, and all those who generously contributed auction items.

Your kindness and commitment help ensure Tōtara Hospice can continue wrapping families in care when it matters most.
